Seeking some additional space for this 1918 cottage, the design includes new kitchen addition, rear porch, and some interior improvements consistent with historic detailing.  The addition and porch were designed to match scale, character, and detailing of the existing house. This project included variance approval for the addition and a reconfigured driveway.
