A new 3-car garage with a loft above will be built as an addition to this historic 1890 Shingle Style home. The project also includes a new mudroom and side entry.  Character-defining details from the historic home have been incorporated into the proposed improvements, including a decorative frieze, dentil moulding, elliptical windows, and gambrel roofs. The project which also include a new tennis court received variance approval.
